A-Zing Innovations was established in India on 22 September 2022 and has a presence in the RaKeZ Economic Zone (UAE) from 19 February 2025. We believe privacy is a fundamental right. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our website and products, including DevCentra, Splisten, KAY, FisCo, ARC, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as name, email, and profile details) and data generated from your use of our platform. We use usage metrics to calculate credit consumption, manage subscriptions, and provide our services. This includes per-attempt actions (e.g. API calls, quiz attempts) and subscription-based access records. We may also store your last login IP and approximate geographic region (derived from IP) for security, fraud prevention, and administrative purposes.

2. Product-Specific Data

Certain products process specific data to function:

• FisCo: We collect and analyze user-uploaded bank statements to generate financial scores and reports. Retention: Uploaded bank statements are permanently deleted within 2 hours of processing. We retain only the generated score and analysis report as needed for your account.

• KAY: We collect data on your quiz topics, answers, and scores to assess knowledge, personalize learning, and generate recommendations for exams or interviews.

• Splisten: Meeting and voice data you submit is processed to provide transcription, summaries, and action items. We retain and use this data only as necessary to deliver the service and as described in your agreement.

• DevCentra: Code and repository-related data you provide is used to deliver code review, CI/CD, and security features. We do not use your private code to train public AI models.

• ARC: Institution and student data (e.g. answer sheets, marks) are processed for answer review and compliance. Data is retained in accordance with your institution’s requirements and our agreement.

3. Daily Quiz

When you participate in our Daily Quiz or similar promotions, we record your answers and whether you qualified for free credits. This data is used to award credits, prevent abuse (e.g. one reward per user per day), and improve our services. The full rules and conditions for the Daily Quiz (including eligibility, format, and rewards) are set out on our Daily Quiz Rules & Conditions page and are incorporated by reference in our Terms of Service.

4. AI & Model Training

We do not train our public AI models on your private data. Enterprise or dedicated instances are isolated where applicable, and your data remains your property in accordance with your agreement with us.

5. Innovation Idea Submissions

Ideas, documents, and concepts submitted through our Innovation Reward Program are treated as confidential. Your idea remains yours until a legal agreement (MOU) is signed. We do not use or disclose your submission except as necessary to evaluate it and, if agreed, to implement the MOU.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. We restrict access to personal data to those who need it to provide and support our services.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
