1. Delivery of Digital Products & Access

• Credits: Credits purchased on the website are credited to your account immediately after successful payment (typically within minutes). Minimum delivery: instant. Maximum: 24 hours in case of payment reconciliation.

• DevCentra licence: After purchase with credits, your licence key is generated and displayed (or sent to your account) within 24 hours. Minimum: within a few minutes. Maximum: 24 hours (1 business day).

• ARC / AZIIPAN (institution packages): Access is activated after we confirm your sign-up and payment. Minimum: 1 business day. Maximum: 5 business days from completed sign-up and payment.

2. Minimum and Maximum Timeline (Summary)

Minimum delivery timeline: Instant (for credits and most licence activations).

Maximum delivery timeline: 5 business days from payment/sign-up completion (for all digital access and licence delivery on this website).

3. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical products. Software downloads (e.g. DevCentra desktop app) are provided via download links on the website; delivery of the link is covered by the timelines above.
