Welcome to A-Zing Innovations. A-Zing Innovations was established in India on 22 September 2022 and expanded to the RaKeZ Economic Zone (UAE) on 19 February 2025. By accessing our website and using our products and services—including DevCentra, Splisten, KAY, FisCo, ARC, and related offerings—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Credits, Payments & Refunds

Many of our services operate on a flexible, pre-paid Universal Credit System.

• Universal Access: Purchased credits can be used across eligible A-Zing products (e.g. DevCentra, KAY, FisCo, Splisten) as per each product’s pricing model.
• Consumption Models: Credits are deducted based on the specific product’s pricing model, which may include per-attempt charges, monthly subscription deductions, or other usage-based billing.
• ARC: ARC (Answer Review & Compliance) is offered under separate monthly packages by batch size. ARC does not use the universal credit system; terms for ARC are as stated on the product and pricing pages.

Refund Policy: Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not process refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods for credit packs. Credits are for use solely within the A-Zing platform. For subscription and other eligible refunds, see our Refunds & Cancellations policy (refunds, where approved, are processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the customer’s bank account). Refund terms for ARC or other subscription packages may also be stated at the time of purchase.

2. Daily Quiz & Free Credits

We offer a Daily Quiz whereby logged-in users can earn free credits by answering all 10 questions correctly in a single attempt (10 credits per day, one attempt per user per calendar day). Questions cover day-to-day topics (e.g. general knowledge, current affairs) and may occasionally include product-related content. One question is shown at a time; each question auto-advances after 5 seconds. Only answered questions count toward the score; credits are non-refundable and subject to the same use rules as purchased credits.

The full Daily Quiz rules and conditions (eligibility, format, rewards, once-per-day limit, and changes) are set out on our Daily Quiz Rules & Conditions page. By taking the quiz you agree to those rules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Daily Quiz at any time.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

Our products use AI and automation to assist you. While we use advanced systems, AI can make mistakes. You agree to verify critical outputs before relying on them, especially in financial (e.g. FisCo), regulatory, or high-stakes contexts. A-Zing is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of unverified AI output.

4. Innovation Reward Program

For ideas submitted through our Innovation Reward Program, we execute a legal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the submitter. We only proceed with product development after discussions and mutual agreement. The stated revenue royalty (e.g. 40%) applies only as long as the product generates sales, in accordance with the MOU.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
